We look forward to having you as our guest
at Smuggler’s Cove and hope the below information will help you
plan your stay with ease and convenience. Reservations are not
required, but are recommended. Walk in customers are welcome subject
to vacancy and availability.
OCCUPANCY:
We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for
the quiet enjoyment of our guests. We rent to family groups and
responsible adults only. Smuggler’s Cove does not rent to student
groups, or tolerate loud noise, or activities that disrupt other
guests. Renter must be 25 to reserve and check-in. Violations
of occupancy limits will result in forfeiture of the remainder
of your stay. Reservations made under false pretense will be subject
to forfeit of entire advance payment. Identification may be required
upon check-in.
Deposit: Reservations
must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation.
In addition, a credit card is held on file in lieu of a security
deposit. You will be responsible for any damage, excess cleaning,
or lost keys.
Payments: Full
credit card payment is required to secure an online reservation.
Reservations can be made by phone between 9am – 4pm with an initial
$300 credit card payment, with final payment due 60 days prior
to arrival. If final payment is not received 60 days prior to
arrival, your reservation will be released; rebooking will then
be subject to final availability.
Cancellation policy
and refunds: We know that plans can go astray. However, we
rely on advance reservations and cancellations cannot always be
filled. To be fair to all concerned, our policy is as follows:
All rental fees, less a $300 cancellation fee, are refundable
if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your
arrival date. Cancellations 60 days or less of arrival will forfeit
all monies retained. Refunds will be provided for any dates that
are re-rented, less a $300 cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee
refunds, but always make an effort to re-rent cancelled reservations.
Once you have made a reservation, you are agreeing with the terms
and conditions of the cancellation policy. To protect against

Check-In 3:00 a.m.
– 4:30 p.m. Contact rental office between 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. for
late arrival information.
Check Out 10:00 a.m.
Smoking: All
rental units are nonsmoking.
Pets: While
our pets are important to us, unfortunately we cannot accept them
in our rental properties. Having a pet in a rental unit will void
the rental agreement and therefore be subject to eviction and
forfeiture of any rental payments.
Parking Lot:
Guest vehicles must display a valid parking permit at all times.
No Recreational Vehicles, Buses, Boats, Trailers, Jet Ski’s, Skateboards
or Rollerblades permitted.
