Due 90 days prior to arrival
Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure.
The deposit will be adjusted for damages, extra cleaning and
laundry, or any unpaid rents.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable
unless we are able to rebook the unit for the same time period.
An administrative charge of $100 plus reservation fee will be
applied against all confirmed reservations which are cancelled.
